Executive Presence & Gravitas

Executive presence is a subtle leadership quality that is hard to define but easy to recognize as an aura of senior leadership. Gravitas is a style of executive presence that resonates as being wise, thoughtful, aligned with deep values and as speaking for the good of the whole.  A leader who possesses both executive presence and gravitas will be a servant leader and star in their arena.

I can help you cultivate gravitas in your executive presence through coaching you to develop:

• Ease and comfort in your skin so you feel at home in any situation.
• A relaxed and potent presence that others will sense as senior leadership.
• Clear headedness to be present in the moment so you can absorb more material.

Working together with you, we’ll use modeling to clarify the characteristics and qualities you want to embody and relinquish.   I’ll guide you to think, act and speak from gravitas so that you exude and executive presence that others will sense and respect.  You’ll practice delivering leadership messages while holding and inner state of gravitas.

As a result of this executive presence coaching, you will transform you leadership style to reflect more executive presence and gravitas.  Others will notice.  They may not know what has changed, but they will feel the difference and be more inclined to trust and follow you.

I  offer this coaching to individual leaders in-person at my office or online through video conferencing.

Fees: $395 per individual session. $3950 for 12 one-hour sessions.
